About Me
Welcome to JA Psychology Services.
I'm Dr Jack Arnold, a registered Clinical Psychologist based in South Wales, offering support nationwide through online therapy.

​With a down to earth, friendly, approachable style, I aim to build meaningful relationships with each of my clients. I provide a space to explore the challenges that you may be facing and help you work towards your goals, guided by what is important to you.

If you have experienced trauma, PTSD, anxiety and panic, OCD, depression, health conditions and medical trauma then you know that these experiences can feel like life comes to a complete halt. Together, we can move towards a deeper understanding of these issues and work towards a more positive, meaningful life.
I offer my skills in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and others to deliver specialised therapy for adults. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). With almost a decade of experience in the NHS and private healthcare, I am committed to delivering personalised and effective remote therapy sessions to support my clients on their journey to healing and growth.

CBT and CFT
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) are integral parts of my practice, aimed at helping individuals understand and manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours to promote psychological wellbeing.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is offered to address trauma-related symptoms, anxiety, and other distressing experiences, facilitating the processing and healing of past traumatic events.
Online Therapy
I provide one-to-one psychological therapy through remote/online sessions, offering a convenient and confidential platform for individuals to receive support and guidance from the comfort of their own environment.
